Too many things need attention!!! The decor is outdated, internet connectivity is painfully slow, and there are issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. Pool hygiene needs improvement as well!!!

Perfect beach escape!

We loved this place! Seriously, the staff is super friendly, especially Willie. The beach chairs were easy to reserve, and the drinks were brought right to us. We had the best time with the ocean view right from our room. The only bummer? The pool water looked a bit murky in the afternoons.

we enjoyed our stay as it was right on the beach, and the ocean views were beautiful. the staff was friendly and made us feel at home, and the room was comfortable. this hotel exceeded my expectations from a prior visit to playa del carmen.

showers had poor water pressure.

The oceanfront view from my balcony was amazing, and I loved having beach chairs available for a relaxing day by the sea. After enjoying the beach, it was great to take a dip in the nice little pool to cool off. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn't really take away from my wonderful stay! 🌊

This hotel is just a proper fit for a holiday in Playa del Carmen with value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. they even provided wristbands for free beach chairs, which was a nice touch! Be aware that the pool can look a bit murky in the afternoons.
